是的，微软面试有一套方法论，要经过一整天的培训才能去面试别人的，里面包括平等对待尊重面试者，如何提问，如何引导面试深入下去来判断面试者的能力等等，甚至你就是聊了10分钟觉得这人不行也不能表现出来让人提前走路而是要把时间占满，不然面试者会觉得不受尊重什么的。总之我也不能说人假，但他说的和我经历过的完全不一样，所以我表示存疑
