Added option for silently sending a video to MeTube via contextmenu (no tab switch)

The default behavior of sending a video to MeTube and switching to MeTube tab is still the default, but this new behavior is also added now in the extension options.

Added the new option as another radio button that user may select when deciding the extention icon click behavior

Added capability for clicking on extension icon to trigger video download

Added an option to allow left-clicking on extension icon to allow the current tab URL to be sent to MeTube.
This new behaviour is available by opting in via a checkbox from the extension's options page.
