tigerenwork f4668b38d6 fix: build_release.sh now passes Config.xcconfig to xcodebuild 
The Release build wasn't picking up FEISHU_APP_ID / FEISHU_APP_SECRET
because xcodebuild doesn't automatically use Config.xcconfig unless
it's passed with -xcconfig flag. Added auto-detection: if Config.xcconfig
exists, it's used; otherwise a warning is printed.

Bugger for macOS

A lightweight macOS menu bar app that surfaces bugs assigned to you from a Feishu Bitable. Shows a badge in the menu bar, a popover with your active bugs, and native notifications when bugs are assigned or changed.

Inspired by the Windows Bugger tool.

Status

Early design phase. See docs/ for the high-level design and detailed implementation plan.
